The Bekwai Municipal Assembly on Friday, 4th November, 2022 conducted an Executive Committee Meeting at the Conference Room of the Assembly. Members deliberated on the Drafted 2023 Composite Budget, 2023 Fee Fixing Resolution and 2023 Revenue Improvement Action Plan after a presentation by respective units. Various reports from Sub-Committees were also presented and discussed for onward submission to the General Assembly Meeting.
Members present were the Municipal Chief Executive (MCE), Municipal Coordinating Director (MCD), Conveners for the Various Sub-Committees, Municipal Planning Officer, Municipal Budget Analyst, Municipal Engineer, Municipal Environmental Health Officer, Municipal Social Welfare Officer, Assistant Director I of the Assembly and the Municipal Education Director.
The meeting ended successfully with all matters and presentations discussed.
