HON. SALIFU ISSAKA CONFIRMED AS BEKWAI MCE WITH UNANIMOUS VOTE

Bekwai, Tuesday, May 13, 2025 — The Bekwai Municipal Assembly has unanimously confirmed Hon. Salifu Issaka as the Municipal Chief Executive (MCE), following a decisive endorsement by all 49 Assembly Members. The confirmation took place at the Bekwai Municipal Assembly Hall.

The event was graced by the Municipal Coordinating Director, Ms. Sheila Rosetta Arthur, along with Assembly Members, representatives of political parties, and Heads of Departments within the Assembly.

Hon. Issaka’s unanimous approval marks a significant show of confidence in his leadership, as stakeholders look forward to collaborative efforts in advancing the development agenda of the municipality.
