Development and Improvement is not about projects only but Education and Sensitization is a factor. As part of the core programmes of Department of Social Welfare and Community Development (SWCD), it is our mandate to see to it that, the living standards of people in the communities are well developed and improved.
The living standards of people can be developed and improved through education on certain issues arising in our day to day living in these communities needs to be rectified, sensitized and educated. Hence on Friday, 2nd June 2023, education on child abuse was chosen among the topics to be treated in Kortwia Community.
