The Municipal Chief Executive (MCE) of Bekwai Municipal Assembly (BMA) Hon Kwaku Kyei Baffour on Wednesday 14th September, 2022 handed over two sites for developmental projects at Kwaman Abesewa and Ofoase Kokoben electoral areas.
At Kwaman Abesewa, the MCE handed over site to Tip-Tree Investment Ltd. for the construction of 3-Unit classroom block with office, store, staff common room and 4 set of Aqua Privy Toilets.
At Ofoase Kokoben, he handed over a site to Suleman Bongo Company Ltd. for the construction of 12-seater W/C Toilet block with machine borehole and elevated tank support.
At a separate gathering attended by the chiefs, Assembly Member and people of the communities involved, the MCE urged the contractors to deliver the projects timely while ensuring that they are of utmost quality.
The chiefs and people of the communities expressed their appreciation for siting the project in their communities. They requested for more projects in the subsequent development plans of the Assembly.
