The presence of the esteemed Omanhene of Bekwai, the Bekwai District Police Commander, Bekwai Zongo Chief Imam, Bekwai Zongo Chief, heads of departments, and several Assembly Members added to the grandeur of the event.

The festivities commenced with a spirited March Past featuring selected schools from the municipality. Highlighting the academic excellence within the municipality, the ceremony included the presentation of the 2023 Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE) Best Student Awards to two outstanding students.
