The Bekwai Municipal Assembly (BMA) convened a crucial meeting with the management of Zoomlion Ghana Limited to address sanitation and cleanliness issues within the Bekwai Municipality. The meeting, which took place on Tuesday, 21st January, 2025 at the office of the Municipal Coordinating Director (MCD), aimed to find sustainable solutions to ongoing environmental health concerns in the area.
Key figures at the meeting included the MCD, Ms. Sheila Rosetta Arthur, who chaired the session, alongside staff from the Municipal Environmental Health and Sanitation Unit. Representatives from Zoomlion Ghana Limited in the Bekwai Municipality, including the district manager and staff, were also in attendance.
This meeting signifies a renewed focus on improving sanitation practices in the municipality and enhancing collaboration between the local authorities and sanitation management companies to ensure cleaner and healthier living conditions for residents.
