On Friday, 21st October, 2022 the Bekwai Municipal Assembly conducted its Finance and Administration (F&A) Committee Meeting at the Assembly’s Conference Room. Members deliberated on the Draft fee fixing resolution for 2023, Draft composite budget for 2023, 2022 3rd quarter performance of the Assembly as well as other businesses that emanated.
The above items were presented and discussed for onwards submission to the Executive Committee Meeting. Members present were the Convener for the Finance and Administration Sub-Committee, Assistant Director I, Municipal Planning Officer, Municipal Budget Analyst, Municipal Engineer, Municipal Environmental Health Analyst, Municipal Social Welfare Officer, Municipal Director of Agriculture, and Municipal Director of Health.
The meeting ended successfully with all matters and presentations discussed.
