The Kyekyewere community per our investigations was found to be one of the communities with high teenage pregnancy cases. Therefore, as part of our mandatory fieldwork activities as Officers of the Department of Social Welfare and Community Development (SWCD); we selected the community to educate and enlighten parents and teenagers on the unfavorable impact of teenage pregnancy in the lives of teenagers, parents, and society at large. The education therefore happened on Thursday, 1st of June, 2023 through an Information Centre in the Kyekyewere community.
