BMA RECEIVES THE REGIONAL DIRECTOR OF NATIONAL SIGNAL BUREAU (NSB)

On Tuesday, 3rd August, 2022, the Regional Director of National Signal Bureau (NSB) together with the Regional Security Liaison Officer (RSLO) undertook a working visit to the Bekwai Municipal Assembly (BMA). This exercise was to afford the Director of National Signal Bureau (NSB) to access the communication state of the Assembly and also provide the opportunity to the Regional Security Liaison Officer to give lectures on Terrorism to stakeholders.

In a short meeting held at the Bekwai Methodist Church Conference Hall, the RSLO, Colonel Kofi Arthur (Rtd) delivered a presentation on the National Security and National Security Framework for countering violent extremism and terrorism in Ghana. He explained in detail the threats and challenges of national security provision in the country.

Participants were encouraged to be extra vigilant while carrying out their day to day activities.
