The Bekwai Municipal Assembly (BMA) on Wednesday, 26th October 2022 organised the third quarter Municipal Planning and Coordinating Unit (MPCU) meeting at the Municipal Assembly's Conference Room. This is a quarterly meeting of all Heads of Departments (HoDs) in the Assembly to discuss issues that ensures socio-economic advancement of the people in the municipality.
At the gathering, previous minutes were read. It was followed by a presentation and discussion of third quarter department/unit performance where the various HoDs took turns to brief the gathering on their activities for the quarter under review.
The members present raised concerns after each turn, as the HoDs assisted by related heads responded to them.
The Municipal Coordinating Director (MCD), Mr Daniel Osei Asibey in his ending remarks encouraged the gathering to continue working diligently to ensure socio economic enhancement in the livelihood of the people in the municipality. He ended by thanking all for honouring his invitation.
